The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. This position requires a professional who is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, negotiate deals, and communicate with clients in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and can work independently to ensure our clients have the best possible experience. Responsibilities: Understand the real estate market and local trends. Develop relationships with potential buyers and sellers. Research and analyze property listings. Negotiate sales contracts and terms of sale. Provide advice on pricing, financing, and legal matters. Conduct open houses and showings for potential buyers. Maintain a database of current clients and prospects.
