Express Employment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Accounting Coordinator to support our operations. This role is key to keeping production, inventory, and accounting processes running smoothly by gathering data, maintaining accurate records, and resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and enter daily production and inventory data, including pallet tickets, waste sheets, and regrind tickets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods, partials, and holds.
  • Investigate and resolve accounting and inventory discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with plant personnel and Quality Assurance to ensure accurate documentation and process compliance.
  • Assist with month-end counts, reporting, and clerical support.
  • Operate a forklift safely and perform floor tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Sage preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks: lift up to 50 lbs, stand, reach, kneel, and walk as required.
