We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Bilingual Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.

Duties

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English to assist with job site translating.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials at times.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately and translate accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions effectively.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
• OSHA training a plus, will provide.
