Receive, prepare, and process patient specimens with strict attention to proper labeling and documentation
Perform a broad range of laboratory tests including molecular diagnostics, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and toxicology
Conduct routine quality control procedures and ensure accurate, reliable test results
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, performing calibrations and troubleshooting as needed
Accurately enter test data into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and promptly report critical values
Adhere to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and infection control procedures
Collaborate with laboratory staff and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow and resolve issues
Work in a state-of-the-art, CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratory with advanced diagnostic technology
