We're currently expanding our open-deck hotshot division and are actively seeking CDL and non-CDL Hotshot Owner Operators from the Indianapolis, IN area. We specialize in hauling steel, machinery, farm equipment, pipe, OD freight and more, serving dedicated customers across the Midwest and Northeast .

Where You’ll Run:
Stay regional and profitable. We operate within:
IN, IL, MI, WI, OH, KY, TN, MO, PA, IA, NJ, NY, VA
What You Need:
- Your own reliable truck and 40ft flatbed gooseneck trailer (hotshot setup)
- CDL or non-CDL license
- Bobtail Insurance
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and respectful attitude
- Safety-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch regarding any issues.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve delivery efficiency.
