Job Description
Henry Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced Admissions Clinical Liaison to fill a full-time position.
The Admissions Clinical Liaison will initiate admission assessments on new patients. You will provide a complete medical assessment including medical history of the patient and ensure that they have completed all necessary forms and insurance obligations.
As Admissions Clinical Liaison, your job duties will include performing patient intake evaluations, clinically approving admissions, processing health insurance information, and collaborating with other staff to improve processes.
